We manage this site for an educational purpose, and our priority matter is to protect our pupils' privacies / human rights.
So, please obey strictly the following rules.

1. Do not send any business letters to our children.

2. Do not send any contents that may give them some bad affection.

3. I have seen such ads on many pen-pal sites more than 100 times...
"I wish to make friends with beautiful Japanese girls from 13 to 17! Please email me!!!"
...I must admit most of Japanese women are beautiful. However, our country does not export young girls at all. We only have exported industrial products. That's all!
...Therefore, If your age is more than 18, please do not contact our pupils, whichever gender you / our kids are.

4. We must protect our children from the danger of Virus / Adult contents. So please do not send mails / files which are beyound 20 KB or so.

Note: If you violate the above Rules from 1 to 4, your mails shall be deleted without opening, and will be refused of receiving since next time.
